"A lot of change has taken me from point A to point B. I am far from perfect, but I have been consistent with one thing and that is trying my hardest every single day and NEVER giving up!
Some days are easier than others. There have been plenty of bad days and even bad weeks, but there have been even more good days and good weeks. I always remind myself to keep going. Don't dwell on the negative, but instead learn from my mistakes and MOVE ON.
Shortly after the picture on the left was taken was when I finally said enough is enough. I am going to make this happen NO MATTER WHAT!

More than Weightloss
First of all HUGE shout-out to my girl Jenna for losing 100 pounds working out just 25 minutes a day from home! HELLO!! Amazing right?? But this is about so much more than weight-loss…
-I just met Jenna on Saturday as we served on a women’s Panel at a retreat together. As soon as we met she told me she lost 100 pounds using one of our programs and I was in awe! But then I heard her story…
See, Jenna is an advocate, inspirer, and mentor for those with disABILITIES and she herself has achieved more than she ever thought possible as a now PhD candidate and founder of More Than My Disability, LLC
Jenna told me that she was unable to take her medication while pregnant (she’s a beautiful momma right??) and turned to food in which she was 100 pounds overweight after having her little one. But she took CONTROL and starting working out at home and clearly the results show for themselves.
-The passion that oozes out of her for making a difference and genuinely wanting to help others is incredible. I have been inspired by her weight-loss but even more so by her PASSION!

1. They're not ALL about healthy stuff - that would be BORING!
2. We care more about each other than about our appearance.
In order to accomplish both of those things we talk about the GOOD stuff like our pets and can you just agree that some of my challengers have the CUTEST fur-babies??
