Things you need:
> Meat (you could choose turkey or beef - I personally use 96% lean organic beef)
> Pasta Sauce
> Baby Carrots
1. Cook noodles according to package (typically 12 minutes) .... at the same time: cook the meat separately on the stove.
2. While waiting for step #1 to be complete, snack on your baby carrots (about 12-15)
3. About 2 minutes before your noodles are done, pour some pasta sauce into a bowl and warm up in the microwave for typically about 2 minutes.
4. When all is cooked and warmed up -- put together in a bowl and top with some sharp cheddar cheese.

And you'll have leftovers for lunch the next day!
