Things you need:
> Brown Rice
> Meat (turkey or ground beef)
> 1 sweet bell pepper
1. Cook Brown Rice (be prepared that some rice takes a long time to cook - however, you do not have to do anything to it so just turn it on and go do something else!)
2. While the rice is cooking OR about 10 minutes before it's done start cooking the meat on the stove separately.
3. While cooking the meat... cut a red or orange sweet bell pepper into slices and snack!
4. Once the rice & Meat are done...you are ready to plate it!
5. Top with cheese & Salsa.
You should have leftovers for lunch the next day!
This meal includes your protein, carbs, good fats, and veggies - yay!
